Provide in-person injection and medication teaching to patients who are undergoing an in vitro fertilization cycle for the first time and those undergoing fertility preservation
Are available to address any medication questions via phone or the MyNM Patient Portal
Assist with coordinating the delivery of medications to the homes of patients or for pick-up
Help with completing any prior authorizations required by insurance companies
Dispense certain medications
